The CEO noted that customer needs in Upper Egypt differ significantly from those in other regions, which made it essential to conduct specialized feasibility studies and develop designs tailored to the local community. HDA successfully transferred modern urban designs from areas such as New Cairo and October City to New Qena and West Qena, while adapting them to meet local requirements.

He added that the developments currently taking place in Upper Egypt are tangible and visible on the ground, reflecting a positive shift and a growing sense of pride in the region. According to him, Upper Egypt today is proving its presence through real development rather than promises.

Commenting on foreign investment, he stated that informed foreign investors are already active in Upper Egypt, stressing his belief that Egypt is rich with untapped opportunities. The true challenge, he said, lies in identifying these opportunities and investing in them correctly.

He concluded by affirming that the era of neglect in Upper Egypt has truly come to an end, marking the beginning of a new phase of comprehensive and sustainable development across the region.
